CMAC will be hosting the 2nd North Bund Judiciary and Arbitration Thematic Forum - the 4th China Maritime Justice and Arbitration Summit in Shanghai on 24 November 2022. On the success of previous three events, the summit has become a remarkable event in both of Chinese maritime judicial and arbitration domains.

Entitled “Focusing on the Forefront Trend of Justice and Arbitration & Building New Pattern of International Shipping Development”, this year’s summit will showcase China’s achievement of the cooperation in the field of maritime justice and arbitration, and provide forum for experts from both communities to share their insights and experiences around critical issues in theory and practice, in order to enhance the legal risk prevention and dispute resolution in maritime domain, and optimize the maritime arbitration mechanism in China.
