On 5 March 2022, the webinar on Arbitration Services to Prevent and Solve Cross-border Logistics Disputes, organised by Yunnan Law Society, Yunnan International Centre for Economic, Trade and Cultural Cooperation, China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), Thailand Arbitration Centre, Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre, and Kunming (Lanhai) International Commercial Arbitration Service Centre was held in Kunming. Dr Li Hu (Vice Chairman of CMAC) attended the seminar online and delivered a keynote speech on the topic of giving full play to the advantages of arbitration to properly prevent and resolve logistics disputes.
